[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — accidental claim | |||
The company is denying the service even though i have accidental claim and they are saying to me to wait for a month for the phone to be repaired which is not acceptable, their terms and conditions say if you opt for pick and drop service however they are not providing the option to visit the store which is even affecting my sister's marriage. Their supervisor named james is on the call and is very rude and said that raise the complaint, he even doesn't want to listen to the customer's queries. I am not sure if they don't have a store in delhi that is captial region of india why they say that you have the option to visit the store to get is fixed faster. Was this information helpful? | |||
