[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Accidental damages protection plan for mobile handset
I have purchased accidental damages protection plan from Jeeves consumer services private limited after that mobile phone got damaged under policy active period and after lodging complaint mobile set returned to Jeeves company and assured us for refund money back in my account. After many times lodged complaints to company through mail and talk to customer care but till date not received my insurance claim i.e. Rs. 6400/- in my account whereas I have sent all required documents in company mail id hence request you please arrange to settle amount as it is getting delayed by company . Mobile phone purchased from Flipkart and phone is covered with accidental damage protection plans for one year.

This is the company mail id [email protected] Company assured to refund money in my account after receiving damaged mobile phone but neither company refund money nor mobile handset provide. Sir please look into this matter as I have been suffering from last 3 months. Thanks and Regards
