My name is Rahul Kashyap mobile number [protected] I have register my complaint 14/09/2020 regarding to iffalcon tv 55 inch my case id is (FREI-9ZWE0-2467L8-EJXJ97-LLGDM90) and my claim id is CJP[protected] . Almost one month is done today 13/10/2020 engineer visit at my home with part of tv he fix it part in tv but after fix it of part problem is not short out same problem is again come after repair front of engineer...engineer saying me you again complaint register. I don't know which type of service you provide...I am very disappointed from Jeeves. I have again called customer care after going to the engineer from home. but customer care told me you again wait 30 days for resolution. because he registered a new complaint and didn't do work for the old case id. engineer not repaired tv who is the responsible so why i wait again 30 days what is the benefit of extended warranty.
