Jeeves Consumer Services — bad service for flipkart cmp | |||
Hello there as per my policy claim id[ad[protected]] under plan id jppoffk1045731 My device display was accidently damaged Then i was egister a complaint for claim the insurarance at 13 aug 2019 Jeeves team said u need to send document i was sended They take 6 days for verification and payment giving me a layment link. But after that team jeeves said your device will be picked-up within 3 to 5 business day. I called them regularly after 3 days interval They promised in everry call Wait for 2 to 3 business days Your device will be picked up After 7 days at 24/08/19 When i want to talk with their senior they said Our backend team will be contact you within 2 day... But still i didn't get any call from jeeves backend team And today (02/09/19) 14 days passed, and My device was not picked up by team jeeves. Today jeeves team also said wait for 2 days They mention in their flipkart complete mobile protection policy your "device will be repaired within 10 working days". Why??? Why they promissed me.. I am very dessatisfied from them They wasted my a lots of time Please solve my problem Was this information helpful? | |||
