Jeeves Consumer Services — Broken screen repair

I claimed screen protection plan of "vivo z1x on 17th july 2020, on 18th july it was picked up by them.

I was assure that my phone broken screen will be repaired in 10 to 15 business days as per your policy.
I kept calling in that 10 to 15 days for updates but not received any proper response from them.

Every customer care executive told me to wait for 2 days or 48 hours.
Till date i have no call from them.
