Over 15 days have passed since we lodged a complaint for our Panasonic AC (CLEW[protected]. Every time we contact the call centre, they say that it will take two days, and nothing happens. It has been 5 days, and technicians have not been here to fill gas in the AC, a simple task. Don't go for extended warranty, it is useless.
