Sir/ Madam, I am Keerthi Ramesh I had purchased the Mi LED Smart TV 4X 108
cm 43 worth•Rs.23133/-on[protected] also I had Purchased the 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves Customer Services •Rs 1655/- and on 15-August-2021 my TV screen was turned into total black screen and I raised the same complaint on Jeeves Customer Services on[protected] and technician was came on 01-Sep-2021 and told that the TV was not repairable and you will get refund of money. After that on 10-Sep-2021 My TV pickup done by the Jeeves Customer Service technician and told that i will get the refund within 15 days after the bank details taken by them. On[protected] I got the mail from Jeeves Customer Service regarding my refund of money Rs. 18, 506.40/- after depreciation value: Rs. 4626.60, After the agreeing the amount I mailed my Bank Account Details and Passbook Photo on 25-Oct-2021, Then after I didn't got any type of refund in my bank account till now[protected], I tried so many times contacting them but no use so I requested to into this matter and solve my issue as soon as possible.All the proofs attached below.
