30th September: you already acknowledge that the part pending request is already noted.
2nd October: you have checked the status that the part pending is there updated hence there was a delay
3rd October: Your team member Krishnamoorthy confirmed that you have received the part.
And now when I call you customer service agent: they say it is registered on the 5th of October & I have to wait for 21 days from 5th October.
If that is the case then your team on the email sides has been lying to me all this while?
Customer agent: Also Somedays back when I called a lady on the customer service said that we will be processing for the complete refund & the technician will come for the final inspection & within 8 days you will get the refund.
Customer Agent today: Name: Sreesanth: Said that "part pending" was registered on the 5th of October.
I will consider my request registered on 30th September. & on 2nd October you confirmed it too.

Your team has exhausted 21days buffer & no one has clear information. Jeeve's team on the customer service desk is misleading with false information & wants to buy more time.
I would like to settle this account.
I would like to get my entire amount refund along with compensation for the false information & the inconvenience caused to me.
