[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — extended warranty for laptop | |||
I bought an extended warranty from flipkart (Jeeves) when i purchased my laptop. I raised a complaint on the 5th of august 2019 and still don't have a resolution. They need to replace the keyboard on my laptop. After several calls and follow-ups, there is no accountability or timeline for this task. They need to be ashamed of what they call service. Their executives are ill-mannered and unempathetic. Their sla is 21 days. I wonder if they don't know how to count or if they are just don't care. Was this information helpful? | |||
