Jeeves Consumer Services — given the fake update to concern team. | |||||
I bought mobile from flipkart. I got defect mobile. Regarding this flipkart send technician visit from jeeves. Jeeves sent one person he dont have knowledge on mobiles but he came and checked the mobile with out knowing the knowledge he gave the false report to flipkart. Jeeves team said that is software issue. But samsung service center certified that is hardware issue. Because of jeeves false report i lost 9940. Please help me to resolve this.
