[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — I'm complaining about the faulty carrier split ac installation | |||
Your engineer installed a flexible drain pipe instead of rigid pipe... It is now leaking. I got carrier to look at and it's them who confirmed the fault with drain pipe. Now you people talk of warranty... My concern is why was a flexible pipe used instead of rigid pipe... How do you expect customer to know what pipe needs to be installed. Terrible service.
