Jeeves Consumer Services — i'm not getting my mobile back even after 1 month. sent it for repair. | |||
People of this company are so unprofessional that they are not providing information correctly. I registered complain on 15th may 2019, Paid 500 on 18th may 2019 Sent mobile for repair on 22nd may 2019. Mobile not yet received till now "24 june 2019". 1 month 2 days. As per their policy they should deliver the device within 10 business days. No portal to see update of my insurance policy. Whenever i cal to know the update they just say "we've intimated our backend team. Our backend team will call you within 48hours". Till now i have made 30-40 calls and no backend team approached me in 48hrs. These guys are no unprofessinal and lazy. Once they gave me phone with different imei number. They promised to give me jobsheet but didn't gave one yet. Was this information helpful? | |||

When I am switching the TV the display is not working and light blinks and no sound and no picture is coming so please send your technician to solve the problem as early as possible
