Thomson 65 Inch TV Complete protection plan Claim I registered claim for Thomson 65 Inch TV on 23/12/2020. I purchased tv from Flipkart on 31/10/2020. Technician visited 3 times and took videos, photos of TV, Till 18/02/2021 they informed me that I will be getting my TV replaced as replacement ticket is approved. Suddenly on 18/02/2021 I received new Claim ID and they closed my previous claim id informing that they cannot replace the product and new ticket is generated for refund. Till date I didn’t receive get replacement or refund. When ever I call JEEVES customer care [protected] they have only one answer we will escalate your issue on high priority. I don’t know if or when my issue will be resolved. Paying for Complete Protection Plan with Jeeves on Flipkart is not worth. You will never receive calls from Jeeves or receive replies to your mails with any solution.
