Keep on procrastinating refund on my claim registered on vu tv. I have already submitted my account details for refund twice but they iterating the same story every time. Its been two months they are just saying addressed within 48 hours and 72 hours time periods but not addressing my actual problem. I have attached the invoice copy, claim registered acknowledgment, and a copy of the email from jeeves support.

There are high chances that there will be fraud calls by knowing all these details posted here. I have lost Rs 5000. Security should be provided for the attachments.
