I regret to inform you that it is now the third night we are being sleepless due to extreme deficiency in service from Jeeves. There is no assurance from your side to attend my AC though I have paid for services .
Your person when contacted to your allocated technician Mr Seikh Habibur Rahaman yesterday as per assurance received from Customer care executive, You technician assured of visiting today for the services of my AC.
Till now he didn't turn up so I contacted Mr Rehman. He denied service today and he said he is under extreme work pressure and he can't serve and asked me to contact Jeeves.
What nonsense is this? What kind of EW(Extended Warranty) sold to me for which I have paid you? Why are there types of deficiencies in services? How can you make a customer suffer like this and why no alternate technician is allocated to serve during this heat wave when temperature is more than 42 degree??
I request you to arrange/allocate an alternate technician immediately and complete the servicing of my AC so we are not suffering sleepless nights tonight again due to your extreme deficiency of service or direct Mr Rehman to attend my AC immediately as per his commitment. Very disappointing in this situation
