Jeeves Consumer Services — Mobile Accidental Insurance | |||||
My phone accidental damage insurance claim was approved and Jeeves recieved my device on 18 August, 2020. According to the agreement, I should be getting my repaired device within 10-15 days, but as of today more than 60 days have passed and I still haven't received my repaired device. I want my complete mobile price to be refunded to me but Jeeves is just delaying the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 25, 2020 Updated by AkshatSaraf After I filled a consumer forum complaint regarding insurance claim malpractice by Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited, I was contacted by flipkart social media team and they said that they would facilitate my refund. They took my bank details and I got a confirmation that I would be getting 80 percent of my device price as a refund. I agreed to that whereas I should have been compensated more beacause of so much delay.They sent me an email that my refund is finalised and I would recieve the amount in 3-5 business days. I still havent recieved my refund after 2 weeks now. Both Jeeves and Flipkart are just delaying my issue.  | |||||
