My registered mobile no is [protected]. I have requested for screen replacement. On 15th october, i submitted my documents. On 16th oct, i paid 500 ₹ service charge. After that my mobile should pick up in 3-5 business days. It's more then 5 days still no one came for pick-up my phone. This is how you provide service to the customer??. I am travelling on 25th oct. Send your service exicutive for picking my mobile in next two days.
If you are not able to work on time then don't give such timeline. Make it as fast as possible.

Updated by shweta pipaliya Please call me and resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is really unprofessional behaviour. Resolve this issue on high priority. If not then refund my service charge and enable cash pay option.
You are taking service charges but not providing any kind of service. Provide service on time otherwise return my money
