I have taken extended warranty for my mi tv. I have complaint regarding tv issue 3 months ago. Engineer came and checked the tv. Tv motherboard need to be changed. Company assure for refund. I requested for replace. Now they havr cancelled my ticket. I called so many times to reopen my ticket. I mailed them also. They are not responding.
