Jeeves Consumer Services — No response from jeeves technician | |||
Hello sir these is kunal from navi mumbai As today there was an installation appoinment for my new MI smart tv 32inch flipkart and have also recived msg from jeevas that technician name Sahil rauf Shaik pin 105 will be coming today later I have tried calling him but he was not reciving my calls since morning So I called jeevas costumer care they have later assigned me another technician his name Salman Hasan pin 162 but he was also not picking up any of the calls so after some time I recived an msg from jeevas that your appointment is resheduled but the fact was I have not resheduled any of the appointment so I again called jeevas costumer service he told me that technician himself have resheduled the appointment for tomorrow I really don't know how the jeevas company system is working here technician has got right to resheduled the appointment that to befor end of working hours Very disappointed from jeevas service partner with flipkart india So sir please look into the matter as soon as possible Waiting for your reply Was this information helpful? | |||
