I had purchased a mobile phone from flipkart in oct'18 however ever since my mobile stopped working in dec. I had paid extra to get the complete mobile protection plan which has a validity for a year since purchase. Moreover, i've sent an email but no response yet, its been almost a week now that there has been no help. This is appalling and also unacceptable since flipkart themselves have confirmed that we've to reach jeeves directly as they too are bound by policies. As per the policy, jeeves is supposed to help me fix my phone along with the given guidelines however since i'm not able to reach them, i'm unable to claim my policy since i'm still covered under warranty.
