Jeeves Consumer Services — not receiving my phone after completion of 10 business days | |||
I am Himank varshney submitted my phone on flipkart complete mobile protection plan on 9-5-2019. When a register my accidental damage screen protection complaint on jeeves they said they will repair my phone on 10 business days but till now i am unable to get my phone back. Every time i call the customers care they didnot recieve the call or busy or hold for 15-20min some time call is automatically cut. .I checked your term and conditions there clearly mention that device will repair in 10 business otherwise refurnished phone or phone with similar feature is sent to you but till now i didn't get any update for my phone.Please help me out from this problem. policy number -JPPOFFK953265 Was this information helpful? | |||
