Jeeves Consumer Services — only refund of 80% value of device

Why are jeeves refund only 80% value of device
I don't know anything i want to refund this amount:-
(1) 100%device value
+ (2) rs 199 plan purchase
+ (3) 500 processing fee
+ (4) 11, 300 waste of time, mentality disturb,
Total amount 20, 000.
Otherwise i go in consumer court
Please help me indian consumer complaints forum.
