Jeeves Consumer Services — Refund delays from Jeeves. | |||
Hello Team, I own a Mi TV 55 brought via Flipkart along with 2 yrs additional warranty via Jeeves on 29th Oct 2018. On 29th Aug 2021, I have raised a warranty claim with Jeeves, CLJPR[protected], regarding a panel issue with my TV. There was a red stripe at the bottom of the LED panel. A Mi technician came, noted panel number, and after a week when enquired, I was told that Jeeves certified the TV as on-serviceable. I was promised a refund and they told I will get an email to furnish my bank details. But no email came. Meanwhile, on 20th Sep 2021, the TV went completely blank and today when I called Jeeves, and asked them to update the ticket. Someone deliberately canceled the old ticket and created a new ticket CLJPW[protected], as if this is a new issue. I don’t know what is going on with this. Flipkart and Jeeves have to refund me the money or send me a replacement TV. I get umpteen calls from Flipkart asking for the status wherein they should have checked with the Jeeves team. I’m really frustrated with the whole process and with the TV going blank, need urgent attention to this issue and also warn other potential customers who would get into such traps.
