Jeeves Consumer Services — Regarding refund of extended warranty of my nokia tv | |||
I purchased 55 inches nokia TV from flipkart on 13th august. The TV was faulty and replaced.On 25th august during installation of replaced nokia tv, Jeeves technician suggested me to go with 2 years extended warranty. I accepted that and paid him 3460 rupees online for the same. But the replacement was also faulty so it was returned to flipkart and I got my full refund for tv. I contacted jeeves for refund of my extended warranty through email and call since 16th december 2020 . On 17th december 2020 I got mail from Jeeves stating that they are going to initiate refund. But it's been more than a month, I still didn't get my refund. I mailed Jeeves 20 times, still no response from them. I called Jeeves customer care[protected] for than 25 times since December, still no refund. Every time I call to Jeeves, they said we have escalated your issue with concerned team and you will get your refund within 2 days but still they have not initiated my refund.
