[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Regarding the repairing of the Electronic device | |||
Purchased the MI TV 4A in 2019 with extended warranty(1+2yr). Stopped working 15 days back. Called in the Jeeves Customer Care. They fail to deliver the minimal service for which they have taken the money for. Not even responding the calls. They picked up the call and every time they mention to send the engineer in 2 days.. But it has been more than 15 days. Till now no response from their side. No one should buy that extended warranty of 1500₹. It is just another way of taking the money. Even the delivery person forces you to buy it.. Installation guy also forces to take this warranty.. What's the use of this warranty when no one can claim it even after paying ₹1500 Was this information helpful? | |||
