Hi,
i have purchased a oneplus tv which is under extended warranty of jeeves consumer services. i have raised a complaint that the tv has display problem. even after the service executive was assigned the next day, they came to my location after 15 days and after service they told me that some part was failed in the tv and need 15 days time to order that replace it. but today i got the message that the service was done. they have updated the status without completing service and they didn't responding to my calls.irresponsible staff and doing fraud to the customers. i want an immediate resolution on my issue.
