I buy realme 2 pro from flipcart along with jeeves protection. My mobile got theft after that i call to customer care for claim they dont say anything and accept claim they only say i need a police attested copy for claim and they rejected as say this case of lost cant be accepted after that i goto the police station and tell him my mobile phone stolen why u make this attested for lost. They regret and change the attested and lodge an fir but after that i call him for reclaim they rejected to reclaim as say your lost case is considered and you can't reclaim.
