Jeeves Consumer Services — Unable to settle my screen broken cash out claim of 6500 as they send amount to wrong account

They have approved my cash payout of 6500 rupees and when they are transferring amount some problem from their end they have settled claim to wrong account details

But my account number have ten's digit 9 in place 0
I have contacting them from months but they simply saying

"We like to inform you that we are still working on your request. Please wait for 5 business days"
