The technician from jeeves service has seen my tv and accept without any doubt that my tv has no physical damage it is liquid damage and he also told that problem is in tv panel then jeeves service closed my ticket saying that physical damaged not covered in policy without knowing me anything after that i have called jeeves service and the representative told me that they will reopen my ticket which not done and they haven't given any proof or evidence physical damage For your convenience i am also attaching the photographs of my tv Was this information helpful? | |||

My phone has been received at 2march and today is 19th March.. But my service not compleated..and not a positive response from costumer service helpline ...
