I have received a gift from my team on occasion of anniversary, i have opted for extended jeeves warranty for the same. The technical person who visited for extended warranty and installation confirmed his supervisors for making a deal of extended warranty as it was a gift. My extended warranty is valid till 5th October and I have raised a complaint in jeeves as on 23 September my tv got some issue's and on 24 th sep I spoke with the toll free number, they told me to send the extended warranty certificate which I have attached the photo. After lots of communication they have taken almost 10 days and I have not been able to register a complaint with them as they need purchase bill. As it is a gift I have told them that there is no bill available and I have submitted what ever documentary available with me. The manager shrinivasan whom I personally spoke to regarding the issue of not able to raise a service request have told that your warranty has been expired. Feel Very much cheated, if you guys could help in getting service done or atleast I need refund for the stupid plan of extended warranty they have offered me. Was this information helpful? | |||
