[Resolved] Jet Airways — about bad customer service | |||
I booked the ticket for my brother.. It was an emergency i booked 1 and half hour prior to departure... Called the customer care and asked to do the web chekin Customer care executive denied me for no reason In jetairways terms and conditions its clearly mention we can do web checkin 1 hour prior to departure My brother missed the flight Because jetairways customer care executive were not assisted me on time I complained them immediately No one were calling me back until i call them They always saying manager is buzy He will get back to me no one were respond me on this Its been 1month my issue is still pending Its a wrost experience with jet airways Was this information helpful? | |||
