Jet Airways — about not picking the calls

I tried so many times to call in contact center but they never picked up even after holding it for a long time like 15 minutes.

Call center it's there job to attend the calls and listen the guests they are getting paid for the same.

I am really very dispointed with the service of your contact center please try to improve it and i want you to contact me asap
