This is chandan debnath.I has been sent mail regading my issue beofre but still i didnt get any reponse.

I am really very disappointed of your service.I took flight from RIYADH to KOLKATA on 3rd Feb 2018 my flight no 589-[protected] first of all i reached at KOLKATA airport on 3rd feb 2018 at morning.But my luggage was missing.
Iside of my luggage was my all marriage item.
i received my baggage on 5th February 2018 in afternoon.

But my one new luggage was totally broke.
It was new and i brought for my weding to give my wife.
I am really felling so bad.I am sending you the photos of my LUGGAGE.
Its really very expencive.I need my bag or money for the bag.

Please give me response.
