With reference to the above complain number given by your office and with reference to the phone call I received today from jet airways from phone number-[protected]. I am asked to provide the name of the items which are not found in the suitcase I received yesterday late night from your Bhopal office. I have already informed you that My daughter Aafreen Roohi Qureshi whose Passport no- M1351293 will be at Mumbai Airport at 09:40am on 16th march, 2017 while travelling back to Dubai via flight no- 9W 536 scheduled departure at 12:50pm.
