Jet Airways — boarding pass denied

I was well in time 5:50 am tried to get self check-in, But there was a display showing my name and Seat not available. I went to the Manned boarding counters, They were very unfriendly and not listening at all. Then I met the Duty manager/Supervisor Mr. Marks or Mark is his name. He is also interested only in argument, not addressing our issue and just passing the time.

I am travelling by flight for the last 15 years, and I am a frequent flier, i have shown my frequent flier card also.

Very disappointing. Let me try for justice.
