Jet Airways — boarding pass not provided

I, amrita gupta (Pnr - rmqgui) with ticket number[protected]/1/1, had my flight scheduled from del-pat at 16:05 dated april 11, 2018 from igi airport terminal 3. I arrived in the queue section for boarding pass collection at around 15:00 hrs. After going through bevy of passengers, when i arrived at the counter, i was not provided boarding pass by the representative. Even after conversing for so long, she was adamant for not helping with the boarding procedures. Moreover, she (The representative) was not even listening to me and guiding me the further procedures.
[Apr 11, 2018] Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
