Jet Airways — compensations or repair of my damage bag. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name Sonal, I recently returned to Chennai from Leh, via Delhi on flight 9W 0636 & 9W 0798 respectively, which arrived 14th May 2018 at 17:20 at Chennai Airport. After reaching to Chennai airport, I found my baggage tag No. 4589 9W376162 was damaged (cracked n broken in the corner). This branded bag TOMMY HILFIGER was purchased recently at Rs.13500.00 and i could not imagine the way it was damaged but I have taken videos at Chennai airport at the time of manually unloading baggage’s from flight & throwing in luggage vehicles without any luggage lifting equipment. It is very horrible to see a carrier which is being rated no 1 in the private aviation sector is working like this. After i went to Chennai Jet Airways counter and complained for the damage of the bag. The staff members available on the counter were Ms.Dinekha[protected], Mr.Ajith George[protected] & Ms.Beulah, They have taken my bag pictures but not booked my complaint after seeing the physical condition of my damage bag and inform me to send a mail to [protected]@jetairways.com with Attached damaged bag pictures. I request JET Airways to provide me decent and reasonable compensations or repair of my damage bag. Regards Sonal Was this information helpful? | |||
