18/01/13 delhi We reach at airport 12:00 chekin at srinagar was veri currpt officer they said your extra bag wait 17 kg pay 4800 I said I have 3000 now and for 2000 pls u swap my ATM card and he was angri on me then I said I do it sir and run to ATM and get 5000 more tared our boarding pass We return to hotel and buy new tiket 17000 My. Loss is 17000+6000=23000 want return it back., When I faced this problem then I gone through Google and find that many of people having the same kind of complaint with several online companies and all are facing the same treatment with the companies but then I also tried to find the way how can I counter them then I find company www.click2complain.com they take my complaint then they file my complaint and after having long conversation I give a minimum amount to them to solve my problem, initially I thought they will might be not able to resolve it but after a short time I got response from both end that my complaint is resolved, really impressed by click2complain team, Mr Suraj is manager who was tracking all the things and helped me a lot to recover my team.
