Jet Airways — denial of boarding

Had a horrible experience with jet airways at mumbai airport.
I was denied boarding on mumbai to delhi flight 1.00 pm on 11th feb.. (I had a valid ticket).
The nonsense reason given was to check in 2 hrs before departure..
Where as their ticket print says 45 mins prior check in...
Did not refund my charges.. The staff was not ready to even talk... Sent me outside and asked to book another new ticket costing rs.41000/-
On contacting their reservation counter the same nonsense and irrelevant answers were again given..
At last i had to take another airlines flight spending 20000 bucks..
Beware of jet airways..
Officialy lodged a complaint for economic loss and mental agony...
