Jet Airways — early counters closing policy

I had reached at the airport 40 minutes before the take off time that was 8:30. Even then i was not permitted to enter. I didn't have any bag to check in. I requested many times yet they didn't pay attention. I had to return. My money is lost. I had to pay 8500 rupees to get another ticket. It's really worst experience of my journey by air. I would not tell any body to issue tickets from jet airways. My flight number was 9w170. If i missed flight then i should get some amount of money.
