Jet Airways — flight 9w0835 cancelled dated 27.02.2019 but no refund made to my account till date

Very pathetic airline experience. Due to flight overbooking (Mumbai - dehradun 9w703) was asked to travel in next indirect flights (Mumbai-delhi-dehradun) but due to closure of dehradun airport, delhi-dehradun flight (9w0835) got cancelled. No refund provided till date. Had to suffer a lot - was unable to attend religious ceremonial functions at rishikesh on 27.02.2019, loss of all my bookings for a day, extra travel cost incurred from delhi to dehradun etc.
