[Resolved] Jet Airways — flight cancelled after 1 month of advance bookings....how to travel

With respect to my bookings and payments done and ticket booked, i received on 07.03.19, the message from JET AIRWAYS of flight being cancelled...more then 1month after ticket booking...irresponsible message from JET AIRWAYS..E-Ticket for Order[protected]

I have been trying reaching jetairways team since yesterday, as received a message that flight 9W-2318 scheduled for 20th march'19, Also, i have observed that there is no alternative shared by the airlines.

i want to travel on the same date and timings...as important work/meet is arranged...REVERT BACK WITHIN TODAY...

Requesting to revert back with a proper resolution.

Received email from jet airlines today...11.03.19 after 5days...for revised ticket...same date...but different time...jet airlines supported but too long to revert back...and also change in flight time...affecting all my important schedules...and meetings...

Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
