Jet Airways — Horrible journey on 9W525 from Abudhabi to Chennai on 14.06.2015

Am Kamalakaran, father of Ms. Reema Kamalakaran, who had travelled today 14.06.2015 from Kuwait to Abudhabi/Abdhabi to Chennai by flight 9W525. The flight departed Abudhabi to Chennai at 9.45 am, instead of 8.25 am. All this time the passengers from Kuwait were kept in the plane, without aircondition, under the extreme heat these days, without any food or refreshments.
