TO MR GOYAL MG DIR JET AIRWAYS It is regrettable to inform that the services form your Airlines is steadily deteriorating The services offered to Platinum customers are the most pathetic of all I had asked for change of dates on 4/12, by email ( for a revised schedule in ahm-mum-ahm s sector for 18/12 and 19/12 return) . There was no response from your service team despite four email reminders. I was then forced to call on a International line form Dubai on 10/12 and got connected to jasmine, who told me that seat is available on 19/12, but not available on onward sector on 18/12. I told her clearly that I have requested on 4/12, after checking on site and I should be given a seat or offered an upgrade. Anyway she told she will talk to her senior and revert by 330 pmsame day AS EXPECTED NO REVERT Today on 12/12 again I called and spoke to agent who told me that The matter is still pending with the seniors, and he put me on hold for long and then transferred me to the Supervisor. I finally got to speak to supervisor GARGI - the most inefficient Supervisor you have, she told me that tickets are not available for now seat is available for 18/12 but not for 19/12. Either she or jasmine was lying to me. after I insisted that I should be given my bookings as I Have sent request on 4/12… eight days ago when seats were available… and now it is the airlines responsibility to give me a confirmed booking .. as they have not reacted. after 20 minutes of the same call she suddenly claimed that my ticket has been cancelled and refund done…. pleas note : I have not given any request for cancellation I have not got any mail that my ticket is cancelled and refund processed i am most disappointed at Your service quality norms at call centre and email centre and your pathetic agent supervisor Gargi. BTW, this supervisor has some kind of speech problem as she gave multiple pauses of many seconds and this was really irritating as I was calling from Dubai on an International Call Definitely she is not fit for the JOB. With such staff no wonder your airlines is going down the drain…. I NEED COMPENSATION OF THE HARASSMENT I HAVE GONE THRU AND CONFIRMED BOOKINGS FOR THE DATES I HAVE DESIRED VIVEK Was this information helpful? | |||
