Hi, ashish jain travelled in jet airways on 7th december 2017 from dubai (Dxb) to mumbai (Bom) in plane no.9w 0557, seat no.17b. Jet airways have been one of my favourite airline... But this time we had a worse experience with the plane & it's facilities. As the air-conditioner were not working it created suffocation which made me faint. I was hold by co-passengers & plane crew which help me to get back my seat. There were no source of entertainment as the lcd where not working. The food was ok quality. Sometime we felt the number of crew member is less. Which delayed in services asked for. When we asked for ear plugs they provided us cotton. No leg space. It will be tough to choose jet airways again as this quality of services & facilities is not acceptable. Only crew members were helpful & caring... I am looking for the revert for the inconvenience & harassment caused by improper plane by airlines. Was this information helpful? | |||
