Sir i have flight to guwahati to kolkatta today at 6pm. Flight no.9w 676. I am reporting to the counter before 55 min with full family including my 1.5 years baby and 67 years old father. But attender refuse me to the reason by late and behalve me verry poorly. And i am verry trouble. Than complain airport authority. And infrom u also. And i requst u please take action.
