Jet Airways — jet airways ticket has not been refunded

Address:Flat 8255 D, Ground floor, Backside Aman City, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, 140301

I booked 2 tickets of jet airways flights from chandigarh to delhi and delhi to jaipur for 26th april 2019, from the website budgetair.com. The flights got cancelled by jet airways. I asked budgetair to refund me money (Inr 7610), but they are saying first jet airways will refund them, and then they will proceed.

The screenshots of the flight details have been attached. I would request to kindly refund my hard earned money.
