My jetprivilege account has been hacked and the airmiles have been used by someone to buy electronics goods without me knowing.
Although the miles have been refunded once, the problem happened again and i have requested jetprivilege to recreate a new account for me, providing all required details for doing so.
After 3 weeks jetprivilege is still sending standard email saying that my problem is dealt with, but nothing is happening and i feel they want me to give up on my 270k+ miles!!
Can anyone give me the contact of a high representative of the company, because the staff you get to talk to one the phone are utterly useless!! Was this information helpful? |
Same thing happened with me. i am Jet PrivilegePlatinum Member. Someone hacked my Jet Privilege Account and debited my account with 75, 005 JP Miles for Amazon Digital Vouchers for INR 15, 000 to buy some electronics.
I have already made complaint with

In my case also not much response.
You said in your message they recredited your account with Miles.Could you confirm who recredited these miles to your account to enable me to approach them again to credit miles back to my account which were debited fradulently. In your case also it was Amazon Digital Gift vouchers
I think Jet Airways staff is in connivance with culprits and shares confidential in formation of the customer
