Jet Airways — misbehaviour of ground staff at new delhi station | |||
Ground staff handeling check in counter at new delhi station found collecting more then 15 bags from people travelling in a group. She collected baggage first without counting, dropped all luggage from the belt. Then she started issueing boarding passes and putting luggage acknowledgements sticker on the back. To which there was confusion about total number of luggage and boarding passes in between ground staff and the guest. She entered all luggage details on register, boarding passes and guest name etc. Which was normally not required. During this process, she kept on talking with the guest unnecessarely also found quoting 'she is a rajput and would help to a rajput and thakur, as guests sir name was thakur. This process costs other waiting guest more then 20 minutes. She shouted on the guest waiting for check in, to keep quite or go to airport as some of the guest having discussion about her unproffessional approach. She entertained one guest out of the turn which came along with the porter to check in flying for doha. As i was part of this discussion, she threatened me that she had the powers to detain my luggage at new delhi even after check in. Which further led to more arguments. Due to her behaviour, i would not like to travel with jet airways again. Was this information helpful? | |||
