We travelled by 9w579 from dubai to mumbai today (7th june) along with our sr citizen parents/in laws who were wheel chair bound throughout their to and fro travel.
Our grievance is on following points:
Despite being patient and trying to cooperate with you all considering the situation, you all have miserably failed to show up sensitivity towards customer's grievance and difficulties. We have been using your carrier over others and are frequent fliers. While we have quietly taken due note of situation and agreed to wait as your staff namely dheeraj/ ashish/ ajay/ priyanka & shohaib had confirmed to us for delivering our luggage by tonight. We were to travel outstation tomorrow and due to medical condition of mr& mrs atre, we had requested to ensure delivery of all our 5 bags by tonight as they are under medication and in absence of the prescription and their doses, there is a serious life threat you all have put them to.
I have cancelled my trip and there is huge mental agony and financial loss we are going to incur due to this abrupt cancellation of our scheduled trip.
